"The best TMS and team"
What do you like best about GlobalLink? The Support Team and account managers are great to work with! They are responsive and knowledgeable. I feel as if they are my extended team members. In addition, we started using Project Director a couple of years ago, which has significantly improved my company's translation services process.

What do you like best about GlobalLink? It is fast and reliable. Some glitches sometimes but in general is good. The layout is old. It seems the new layout is cleaner but not all options are there yet.

What do you like best about GlobalLink? Quick and efficient support. The client I was supporting would have the translation from TransPerfect looked at by someone on their team to verify that the translation from TransPerfect was correct. And there was never a mistake. They did a fantastic job on all of my requests.
