"Amazing employee engagement platform"
What do you like best about Viva Glint? Glint does an amazing job of assisting in curating surveys and consolidating the results into a format that is easy to review. The pulse surveys are very easy to complete and navigate and the reports are beneficial.

What do you like best about Viva Glint? I really like is that it has a very modern aesthetic, it is way more advanced than Survey Monkey, and the best part is that it saves your responses if you accidentally close out of the tab.

What do you like best about Viva Glint? We use Glint to survey our teams' satisfaction. Easy interface, pretty intuitive. The dashboards and reports are clear, with the graphs being the best feature.

What do you like best about Viva Glint? I like how much you can configure yourself which makes you less dependent on the consultants. They are supporting very well and also have great vision and advice. The latter is a big part of why we chose to go with Glint. I also like how well they push out features and have a loaded roadmap to continue improving the product.

"Powerful People Platform"
What do you like best about Viva Glint? Glint makes it simple to provide feedback to your company through a regular cadence of employee pulse surveys. As a Glint user since mid-2016, I've found it to be a well-designed platform that allows for a spectrum of feedback, according to the needs of each employee. Pulse surveys tend to be shorter in format (depending on the question set), and this translates to less time spent away from other work and a focus on feedback that matters.
