"Really intuitive and easy to use"
What do you like best about Gliffy? I had previously tried multiple times to design and catalogue SOPs for my business in Word, Excel and other software platforms. After many hours of struggling, I decided to do a bit more research and came across Gliffy. Since downloading Gliffy it has been easy and efficient to map out and produce SOPs and logic charts. What do you like best about Gliffy? I used gliffy to create user story maps for our roadmap and features planning. Interface and overall UX/ UI are great, it was easy to find needed options and elements. What do you dislike about Gliffy? Nothing to dislike, my overall experience was positive. What do you like best about Gliffy? I love that Gliffy helps me to create wireframes for websites that look professional. So I can show it to clients without being embarrassed. What do you dislike about Gliffy? Some parts of Gliffy took a little while to learn. I also would have liked a little more space to create a wireframe for a website. "I like Gliffy"
What do you like best about Gliffy? It's easy to move shapes and connectors. I appreciate that it saves new versions of a diagram. What do you dislike about Gliffy? Haven't found anything I dislike so far. What problems is Gliffy solving and how is that benefiting you? I create models and diagrams for publication or presentation. Illustrations are easy to edit when groups have input. Most folks I show it to want to use the program.

"super convenient diagramming tool"
What do you like best about Gliffy? I like it very much that i can drag and drop any of the linked objects of the diagram to change the layout of the organogram. also I like it that i can save a part of the organogram and re-use it later for another structure chart. What do you dislike about Gliffy? opening archived diagrams causes them to open as a V2 or V3, however when you just save them, the version dissapears. it's sometimes a bit confusing, and it would be better not to show this ...

What do you like best about Gliffy? I like that the platform is web based so that multiple people can work with the application to make changes to diagrams What do you dislike about Gliffy? I dislike that images for older images sometimes disappear. What problems is Gliffy solving and how is that benefiting you? Gliffy allows us to create professional drawings for multiple dashboards that we have created

"Excellent Web-Based Diagraming Tool"
What do you like best about Gliffy? I'm an educator, and I use Gliffy to create course diagrams, and I love its simplicity and ease of use. What do you dislike about Gliffy? There's really nothing that I dislike. It has served my purposes well. What problems is Gliffy solving and how is that benefiting you? Since it's web-based, I don't have to worry about having software installed on each of my work computers.

What do you like best about Gliffy? intuitive to use and feature-rich, attentive to customer support and introducing upgrades that are meaningful to the user. What do you dislike about Gliffy? None to mention other than more advance notice on plan changes and fees would be appreciated. What problems is Gliffy solving and how is that benefiting you? Communicating very technical workflows to a wide variety of audiences to ensure clarity of understanding.
