Gleam.io aggressively collects information about users that interact with their contests. This includes access to all of your photos, videos, and status updates on Facebook. On your Twitter account they want access to your protected tweets, lists, collections, accounts you mute, block, follow, and even your account settings. Customer Service responds quickly and in detail.
I was a bit sceptical at first as you can't speak live to anyone. I use the email Support and chat and received detailed responses within a very short period of time even during after hours. So far a great experience and look forward to doing more business.

love the plattform, but I my account was suspended :(
love the plattform, easy to set up and great value. Sadly my account has been suspended by a misunderstanding and I can't talk with anyone of the team to resolve it on social media. Would love to have someone to chat and get to know how to address the issue.
