"Gladly is user friendly."

What do you like best about Gladly? The main reason why I like gladly compare to other platform is that it's easy to you use, updated or always in the trend, beginner friendly and most of the gladly team notifies whenever there's an update. "Makes work fast and efficient"

What do you like best about Gladly? Gladly makes the life of a customer service representative easy. A customer's interaction is placed on one conversation regardless of the type of reach out. All you have to do is scroll up to see if there had been previous reach outs and what their concerns were. An internal note is also visible, so it'll be easier for the next representative to know what course of action has been taken for a particular customer. Representatives can search for macros and ...

"Easy to use"

What do you like best about Gladly? I havent had any issue using it, and it does not require much time for understanding how to use it. I use it everyday. And I like the features of the task that it has, its useful to help the customers. What do you dislike about Gladly? I think there is nothing i dislike, i have never had an issue using it. What problems is Gladly solving and how is that benefiting you? I can help the customers who contact us and that way we can offer a better customer service

"Gladly is quick and very simple to understand."

What do you like best about Gladly? the answer section is very good, I am able to help the customer swiftly. What do you dislike about Gladly? sometime it glitches and takes a 20 second to refresh What problems is Gladly solving and how is that benefiting you? it has a very good english feature

What do you like best about Gladly? I like the reliability of the system and the number of features. What do you dislike about Gladly? If it's idle for over 30 mins, it goes out and you have to log back in. What problems is Gladly solving and how is that benefiting you? N/A

"Gladly gets it done"

What do you like best about Gladly? How easily I can switch in and out of queues if I need to. What do you dislike about Gladly? Can't modify notes after its been submitted. What problems is Gladly solving and how is that benefiting you? Because Gladly is so easy to use, it speeds up workflow which helps keep the queues down but also showcases my skills as a Customer service agent by keeping track of my completed tickets and conversations.

What do you dislike about Gladly? not much, has been updated recently and everytime gets better What problems is Gladly solving and how is that benefiting you? be able to better communicate with customer and have multiple ways from them to contact us.

What do you like best about Gladly? Easy to use, self explanatory. Has features that has ai included. What do you dislike about Gladly? It can have system issues at times, some lags on refreshs What problems is Gladly solving and how is that benefiting you? It helps us find customers infomration effeiciently. Make sure all of our interactions are noted down correctly.
