What do you like best about Giosg? One of the easiest live chat system to deploy and use, at least in my own experience. Easy to modify and create new bots.

What do you like best about Giosg? It's really easy for our support agents to use, the user interface for managing multiple chats is easy and clear. I like that you can make more advanced styling to your chat windows with CSS. The interaction designer (the site where you build your bots) is also nicely designed and you can easily use it without too thorough training or so, pretty self-explanatory and allows you to go very creative!
