What do you like best? The best about Gimp is that is really easy to use its compact it has the main tools and it has a really nice interface. What do you dislike? I actully dont dislike anything how ever maybe the way the buttons are distributed on the scree maybe you can add a edit box where we can add specific buttons. Recommendations to others considering the product: You should send old users a reminder of this program if wouldn't be for this survey I would completely ...

Great Software for image needs

What do you like best? GIMP is an amazing piece of software that is free off the shelf and can be used to edit photos very quickly and easily. You just open it up, load the image, and begin to use a lot of create tools to be able to manipulate images for various pieces of materials. What do you dislike? I do not have a lot that I dislike about GIMP it is a very good tool. It does not have all of the fancy bells and whistles that photoshop does but the learning curve is also less. ...

GIMP - Open Source Photoshop for Editing Beginners

What do you like best? The best feature of GIMP is simply the fact that is it free and open-source. If PS is unavailable, unstable, or not purchased then one can simply go to the FOSS hub and install GIMP. Being open-source, it is incredibly consumer friendly and users don't have to worry in an ethical sense about supporting companies with a monopoly in the professional editing scene. GIMP also loads incredibly fast on my AMD system; I have not compared it directly with PS loading and ...

GIMP is being used in our organization to create all the necessary images.

What do you like best? Application flexible Good picture processing software. The system is lightweight and competitive. This can be stored in several editable formats. What do you dislike? You have restricted possibilities to create 3D prototypes. It might have a very frustrating and distracting gui. Their revolving frames do not like I. I do not like them. Recommendations to others considering the product: GIMP may be similar to another image editing program and is a ...

Excellent product, innovative and easy to implement.

What do you like best? The scale of the device is less than its rival. You don't always have Windows either. This can be installed on a Mac or Linux. There are several ways to adjust the software style so that it looks different than Photoshop. It is an excellent software to start on a cross-platform and highly powerful road for designing and improving images. There is a great community that helps users start to work very well. What do you dislike? Certain commands and locations are ...

GIMP is so powerful!

What do you like best? I find it is quite like photoshop. I Have done a lot of high level editing with GIMP and I have hardly felt there is not enough features. It has everything like layers, effects, you can manage your changes well. It is also very accessible. I use ninite to automatically install software and I almost always choose GIMP as part of the software that I install automatically in the software. And I was using it from when it was more basic. These days, it has so many ...

Gimp is a fairly light editor that I can install on both Windows and Linux operating systems, it has a variety of design options, it has intelligent cropping and the possibility of being able to customize levels of colors, brightness and contrasts, another advantage that I like about Gimp is that it is fully customizable and has completely free user-developed plugins. What do you dislike? Gimp has limitations regarding its text editing tools, I would also like ...

Standard free alternative to Photoshop

What do you like best? I like best that it's free and open source What do you dislike? I'm not a Photoshop user. I do little image editing sometimes and I find GIMP a little hard to use. Recommendations to others considering the product: Photoshop is expensive and like a bazooka to kill a fly. Switch to GIMP and support a great open source project! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Handy image editor.
