If PS is unavailable, unstable, or not purchased then one can simply go to the FOSS hub and install GIMP. What do you like best? I find it is quite like photoshop. I Have done a lot of high level editing with GIMP and I have hardly felt there is not enough features. It has everything like layers, effects, you can manage your changes well. It is also very accessible. What do you like best? I like best that it's free and open source What do you dislike? I'm not a Photoshop user. I do little image editing sometimes and I find GIMP a little hard to use.
