I use Stencil every day

I am a HUGE fan of Stencil and use it every day. I wanted it for the icons originally, but now I mostly use for the ability to search for high-quality stock photographs that I use to create gift books. The selection and quality is better than other places that charge more. My favorite feature is the ability to save photos into my own collections and arrange them with "drag and drop" to preview what my book will look like before downloading. It has become an indispensable tool for me.

Fantastic app and brilliant service. I've been using the app for over 5 years and have created over 7,000 images. It's easy to use and runs smoothly. I particularly love the search feature that allows you to find images you have created quickly based on words in the image or what the image is (for example if you create an image with a cat in it then you can search for 'cat'). This review is not regarding the tool experience. It fantastic no doubt. I wanted to talk about the customer experience. My payment got auto debited but I reached to the team explaining that I will not be using the tool this year and requested them a refund and asked to cancel the subscription. Just to make it clear.
