I am not satisfied with using GetResponse
There were many problems with the delivery of e-mails, and the worst was that the newsletter was generally not delivered to Gmail domains.

Furious with their policies.
I was using another service for 8 years, but they had a recent glitch where images would not load into the email newsletter I sent my clients. I did my research and found get response and paid for a year. I was able to figure out how to navigate the site and was able to send out my first email newsletter. 399 bounces later I was pretty upset. I contacted them and was told that under the terms of service if anyone had a free email service - I have gmail, there would be problems unless you ...

Emails are not being delivered
We were paying GetResponse to deliver emails (obviously), but that function wasn't working, especially a lot of problems with Gmail domains.

(GetResponse) My best and most favorite support team ever
I am still impressed with the beauty of talking to the GetResponse support team. I have never seen such professionalism and kindness.
