I opened an account on 16/03 and on 15/07 I received an email that my account is on investigation, and it's written like this : Please note that, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions (Clauses 12 and 20), your personal wallet is now under investigation. The investigation can take up to 30 days, yet it usually takes us 10-15 days to gather all the necessary information and documents and come up with a decision. WARNING for genome account
WARNING! Don´t open an account at genome. Such a bad experience! NEVER AGAIN! Since days I cannot transfer my money to an ather of my accounts (whre I have credit cards). I am traveling around Asia but now I don´t get my money because genome is "verifying of origin of funds" - what ever that means. There is small money on account, but they don´t let me since days! remove my money. They are the boss of your own money, not you! I can suggest everybody not to use this terrible genome.

I was really impressed with fast and efficient service since I signed up. Great usability and customer approach. I’m hoping to completely switch to Genome once more features are added and close my account in a regular bank.

Good mobile app and card design
I have been using Genome for more than a year, I have opened IBAN and cards. Love the card design. Also a well-implemented mobile application, a simple and convenient design. It is very convenient to pay by card, use currency exchange and send Sepa payments.
