What do you like best? The ability to track interactions from cradle to grave. What do you dislike? The inability to sometimes work seamlessly with other applications (e.g. NICE/Aspect). What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? Genesys is a Multichannel solution, this is very important because the UX and CX is the same in any channel of the Bank What do you dislike? In some ocations is difficult to integrate with AI solutions of the market What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
