Scheduling made easier
What do you like best? The ease of booking and the convenience it allows me to cancel an appointment What do you dislike? I wish there was more of a close timeframe more than 2 hours to reschedule What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Using it is a piece of cake
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I really appreciated how user-friendly this is, whatever end of the software you're on. I was also able to use it to collect payments, which really made everything move along so much more quickly for our business. What aspects are problematic or could work better? Just a big help all around
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Scheduling appointments can just be a tedious affair all around and I'm really thankful that this software has made that whole process move along quickly. If it took me half an hour to do this before, I can accomplish all of it now in less than 10 minutes, at the most. When we started using this, our clients found it easier to book online with us. it's really user-friendly and helped us out with regards to scheduling. Please develop a drag and drop option for the app too.
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? The interface is really friendly. It even has drag and drop options to help you manage your calendar more easily. What aspects are problematic or could work better? Drag and drop feature only works on the desktop version though. What specific problems in your company were solved by this product? Really user-friendly
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? It's not just me who thinks that this software is user-friendly. My friends who use it also think the same. Everyone involved gets to see the times and the appointments inputted, so there's really no miscommunication on both ends.
