What do you like best? My clients like the simplicity of going online and making their own appointments. And make the appointment online but also it’s easy for me not to miss someone’s call or voicemail knowing that they have the right information and they can make that appointment themselves. Scheduling appointments can just be a tedious affair all around and I'm really thankful that this software has made that whole process move along quickly. If it took me half an hour to do this before, I can accomplish all of it now in less than 10 minutes, at the most. Rebookings are only allowed at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled one. Can the developers adjust this please? Say, an hour? What specific problems in your company were solved by this product? All I have to do is to input the projected length of my meetings, and it will find the best timeslot for me.
