What do you like best? My clients like the simplicity of going online and making their own appointments. And make the appointment online but also it’s easy for me not to miss someone’s call or voicemail knowing that they have the right information and they can make that appointment themselves. Rebookings are only allowed at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled one. Can the developers adjust this please? Say, an hour? What specific problems in your company were solved by this product? All I have to do is to input the projected length of my meetings, and it will find the best timeslot for me. What do you like best? I love how easy it is to put in how long you want your appointments to be for different things. It automatically will chose the appointment times. Also, it is really easy to block times you can't work. I also love that when you start to type a name, it pulls up the customer information very quickly and efficiently. What do you dislike?
