"Customer Service is top notch!!!"

What do you like best about GCPay? Customer Service is top-notch and always available. The ease of being able to control when subcontractors can bill. Our subs cannot bill until they are fully compliant. Being able to reject an invoice or waiver and being able to leave them a reason way immediataly.

What do you like best about GCPay? Saves us from hiring another person in accounting. Can tell the subs to check their dashboard before asking us where there payment is. Doesn't allow subs to invoice change orders that have not been approved. Easy to reject invoices and give the reason by, ie billed in wrong month

What do you like best about GCPay? GC Pay has been a breath of fresh air! We tried several other programs but this one has been oustanding as far as user friendly for both the subcontract and the GC. Customer Service is always easy to get in touch with and responds quickly. For the GC Side I love that I get notices everytime someone submits a pay application which is a huge time saver vs. having to go in and check constantly like others. What do you like best about GCPay? The best part of GCPay is that it helps to close the gap between us as a GC and our subs. Submission and communication has become much more efficient. Additionally the second tier waiver system has helped us to track them in an organized manor. Support is also very responsive and very helpful.

What do you like best about GCPay? GC Pay helps standardize the lien waiver and pay application process as well as the data entry with the integration component to Sage 100 Contractor. It also helps keep subcontractors compliant with notifications to keep insurance current. Additionally, customer support is so good and responsive. I've always had issues resolved very quickly.
