Maybe some features are missing to capture the overall attention of the customer. I believe a review of the gamification process would be required. What do you like best about Gametize? I LOVE Gametize!!!! It is honestly so engaging - there are so many options to appeal to all employees and really maximize involvement. It's extremely interactive, really encourages being social, and has the option for rewards to add that extra participation incentive.
