What do you like best about Gainsight PX? What I like most about GX are the features available for engaging users in my application. The Engagements feature is really robust and covers a lot of use cases.

"Gainsight PX has given us great insight into our customers!"

What do you like best about Gainsight PX? The ability to tag things and report on the usage metrics and use that data to drive design decisions has been crucial for us. Also being able to message our users inside the application gives us a path to be successful, whether that be via upselling or just informing.

What do you like best about Gainsight PX? You can easily create onboarding user journeys without any coding. It is really great tha I can also run experiments and see what works and what not for our users.

"A great experience so far"

What do you like best about Gainsight PX? Getting insights into feature adoption and the usage patterns of our users is something that we can easily do now. The in-app engagements like dialog popups and the walkthrough guide have been very helpful for us. The platform is very easy to use and is assisting us in our journey of being a product-led company.

"Transforming the Product Experience from Day 1"

What do you like best about Gainsight PX? The process of getting Gainsight plugged in and affecting product decision making happened within a couple of business days. In comparison, I've seen it take weeks or months to get the value flowing from other products.

"Powerful, but a little tricky to master"

What do you like best about Gainsight PX? We love all the in app engagements, especially banners, sliders and tours. They are pretty simple to set up and have been instrumental in getting our customers oriented to our complex technology. PX engagements have been a great way to fill in any gaps where about product may not be as intuitive as we'd like. We also really like the engagement and survey analytics available.

"Part of my one-stop-shop for CS insights"

What do you like best about Gainsight PX? PX is a great tool that helps us visualize how and when clients are using our product. The ability to produce in-app messaging on product features or webinar invites has been key in increasing engagements with clients. One of my favorite things is the integration with Gainsight CS. The two together are a powerful combo in being proactive at identifying not only your at-risk customers but those sleeper Champions as well.
