What do you like best about Gainsight PX? Gainsight PX is very helpful in understanding the behavior of our users and identifying the pain points in their user journey. For instance, we can monitor their browsing behavior on the website and understand at which moment they decided to drop/abandon their order. Moreover, it natively integrates with major CRMs (like HubSpot, SAP, and Zoho), Productivity tools (Zoom, Gsuite, Outlook), BI platforms, and more!

What do you like best about Gainsight PX? Gainsight PX helped us identify the challenges our users were experiencing on our websites. For our use case or company, we implemented Gainsight PX to observe the traffic on our websites and analyze where most users exit our website. Along with this, we were able to integrate Gainsight PX with Google Analytics which helped us optimize our conversion reports.

What do you like best about Gainsight PX? Gainsight PX is driven by a powerful suite of tools that streamline product analytics. It excels at creating in-app engagements to drive user interactions toward behaviors that result in a sticky product. Any one of their Analytics Reports would take far too much time to build on your own, and Gainsight makes it easy to gain value and tune to your needs. You can get insights from Gainsight in a matter of minutes versus several days.

"Huge fan of Gainsight PX"
What do you like best about Gainsight PX? I love the ease with which I can create in-app engagements to promote features, launch the release notes and collect user feedback on new and existing features. Also seeing what features users are accessing is incredibly insightful.

What do you like best about Gainsight PX? Gainsight PX is a great tool for understanding and driving customer engagement with our product. The in-app engagements enable us to deploy in-app product tours for new users and feature tours as we roll out new features. You can also track usage of specific features.

What do you like best about Gainsight PX? I appreciate the product mapper and being able to create dashboards for dedicated feature areas within my product. I can quickly see whether or not a feature is being used. When speaking with design, I find myself returning to my dashboards to help inform future decisions.
