"Unlock the power of data driven decisions using PX"
What do you like best about Gainsight PX? The fact that you can map out a customer journey from start to finish and track it! that to me is very powerful. Now you can track not only that the users started a process but if they finished it or not. You can also track if they didn't finish it, where did they stop. Absolutely powerful from a UX perspective and in finding out maybe your process is too long and complicated.

"All in on the Gainsight Ecosystem"
What do you like best about Gainsight PX? By far the best part about Gainsight PX is the integration with Gainsight CS. There are other tools out there that accomplish similar functionality but if you're already using Gainsight CS, I'm not sure why you'd use a different tool. We previously used a different tool and ran into lots of issues with integrating fully with our tech stack so we were stuck with limited integration and reporting, especially on relevant business data. What do you like best about Gainsight PX? Gainsight is a great tool that visualizes data around customer engagement. A very simple tool in helping me understand what features/actions my customers are using, their behavior, and retention with the product. I love the stickiness ratio, helps me find users highly engaged who value the product but also shows me which users who aren't as engaged.

What do you like best about Gainsight PX? Offering guided tours on-demand via the Gainsight Knowledge Center Bot. Tours are used for in-app user onboarding.

What do you like best about Gainsight PX? Gainsight provides the necessary tools to track software usage metrics that a PM would be interested in without the need for a developer to program everything. I can quickly set up user engagements directly from Gainsight that are of professional quality. The ability to create engagements allows me to assess the user perspective of the software while not being invasive to the user.
