"So much information to review!"
What do you like best about Gainsight PX? Farily intuitive on how to setup but most importantly the ability to change the format of dashboards on the fly to review different times, different parameters. Spectacular!

"A good tool for our needs"
What do you like best about Gainsight PX? It helps us launch regular customer announcements, run surveys and collect feedback, analyze customers' behavior, and conduct onboarding. I like the Knowledge Center Bot feature. It enabled us to create step-by-step onboarding instructions and reduce customers' onboarding time. Overall, the system is solid and covers our needs.

"GainSight PX review"
What do you like best about Gainsight PX? The reporting capability is great. On a weekly basis, I access the reports and verify the increase of usage. I see the geographical location, the browsers used, how long users remain on the product, and what features they have used.

What do you like best about Gainsight PX? Gainsight is easy to use and navigate. They have great resources in their Community and University to help us continue learning after implementation. The new dashboard features launched recently are fantastic for getting buy-in for new users. Our designated Solutions Architect was excellent.

What do you like best about Gainsight PX? Gainsight PX is extremely useful to us for being able to pull all of our user data and user experiences form our UI. Connecting this data to our CS application was vital to driving success.

"Great Insights and Easy In-App Engagements"
What do you like best about Gainsight PX? I love how easy to use it is and all the data that becomes available once everything is mapped. We are able to communicate to our customers where they are which is within our product!
