What do you like best about Gainsight PX? Allowing us to make events catered to general and granular events is super helpful as we can see the success of a product as a whole and drill down to the specifics!

What do you like best about Gainsight PX? I'm using Gainsight for NPS reports. It's been always good experience. No glitches, no issues for last 2 years. What do you dislike about Gainsight PX?

What do you like best about Gainsight PX? The ability for product managers to directly instrument the product with minimal or zero coding required. Ability to quickly analyze adoption metrics across features.

What do you like best about Gainsight PX? I enjoy Gainsight PX because of how simple and easy it is to use. It is easy to create dashboards, dig into reports, and gather (and view) general data on an account and user level.

What do you like best about Gainsight PX? Gainsight PX is incredible. It's super detailed (in a good way) and has excelled our organization in our PLG motions. I love the reporting and the various builds we can spin up. The measurements and analytics are second to none. This is one of the most powerful tools I've seen from a marketing standpoint in my 15-year career. A++

What do you like best about Gainsight PX? Easy to integrate and tag features with no support from the Engineering team. The best part of this platform is the ability to put the tool in Product and Marketing hands to deliver PLG workflows effectively.

What do you like best about Gainsight PX? Having moved from a competing product to Gainsight PX, we have been able to massively increase and monitor our NPS scores with our clients. It has also enabled us to engage our users in webinars and product update communications. The solution has gone from strength to strength and has enabled us to really scale our operations.

What do you like best about Gainsight PX? The upside to using Gainsight PX is the level of details available to learn more about users. From a Product Designer perspective, I have learned a lot from the CES surveys and how they can improve a user's experience.
