"Gainsight PX to drive customer to the success and beyond"
What do you like best about Gainsight PX? You can visualise detailed data from your customers, which functionalities they use, in which order, what is their current workflow, how many users are active at that moment, their schedules... Also, you can organize engagements, that will allow you to launch messages inside your software for the users to promote events, webinars, NPS score evaluations, in-app aids to guide them through the main functionalities (if they are new users, etc)

"Simple and powerful tool to give you insight how your product is used and to engage your customers"
What do you like best about Gainsight PX? What I like the most is the ability to track feature adoption of our products and at the same time engage our customers according to their in-app behavior. The big plus is that the team is rolling out new features on a monthly basis and their roadmap is heavily influenced by the community requests.

"Really powerful customer insights"
What do you like best about Gainsight PX? Gainsight PX makes it really easy for us to understand which accounts and which users are engaging with our software. As a PM, I can easily tag events to be tracked and don't need any input from engineering. I use this tool regularly to understand adoption of new features, and to discover who my power users are.

What do you like best about Gainsight PX? Easy configuration of in-app engagements and surveys, limited coding to get everything to work, some nice out-of-the-box analyses tools on usage data, very intuitive
