What do you like best about Gainsight PX? Product mapping is super easy. We can also get the data out and into our Power BI for reporting alongside revenue and retention metrics.

"Nice tool that allows you to get a lot of helpful insights"

What do you like best about Gainsight PX? I like how all data is connected, so for example I can see who left each comment in the survey. There are a lot of insights and useful features that allow you to explore your product analytics, set up dashboards, etc.

"Will Recommend, But I find the UI not intuitive."

What do you like best about Gainsight PX? We are able to extract the data we need, which is the most important matter. We are able to do analysis and act on it and adjust our plans accordingly, so far was highly beneficial.

What do you like best about Gainsight PX? I like the KC Bot capabilities, the mapping of our product and in-app messaging. I do believe, once mapped, it will be a game-changer for us and influence our product development.

"Unlock the power of data driven decisions using PX"

What do you like best about Gainsight PX? The fact that you can map out a customer journey from start to finish and track it! that to me is very powerful. Now you can track not only that the users started a process but if they finished it or not. You can also track if they didn't finish it, where did they stop. Absolutely powerful from a UX perspective and in finding out maybe your process is too long and complicated.
