The best productivity tools for your business

What do you like best? G Suite is super easy to use and offers a ton of collaboration tools, such as real-time editing and revision history. You get access to Gmail, Google Drive, and all of Google's office apps like Word and Sheets. What do you dislike? G Suite has had a few reliability issues in the past with services going down. Recommendations to others considering the product: For the low price, G Suite is a steal. Having native Google apps like Gmail and Google Drive ...

Centralized Communication and Collaboration

What do you like best? G Suite includes so, so many amazing services all in one platform. What do you dislike? Change is constant, so it can be a bit of work sometimes to keep up with all the updates. Recommendations to others considering the product: Get a trial account to see what they have to offer, particularly how much more there is over a personal Gmail account. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? G Suite eases so ...

I don't know why you'd choose any other platform for business

What do you like best? Seamless syncing and accessibility between device, and full functionality with Microsoft office files in the Google lineup of online apps. Adding my first team member to my business was a breeze. I once worked in a small business where we tried to add Microsoft Office OneDrive and it was a complete disaster. It was nearly impossible to figure out how to get it synced on our computers (we actually never got to figuring it out) and we got ridiculously long and ...

A great way to organize emails, files, calendar items, and to collaborate

What do you like best? We use G Suite heavily for emails, calendar and file organization. The integrations are robust. What do you dislike? Google Drive in particular could be better in terms of file organization and permissions. Google Admin is not always the easiest to figure out, especially as individuals join and leave an organization and their assets need to be preserved and reassigned. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? ...

G Suite Helps Organize Daily Operations

What do you like best? The best part of G Suite is you have a branded email, forwarding all other emails, extra drive space, faster, more control of spam, custmer training support, and focuses to one central hub. What do you dislike? Spam could follow from other email boxes when forwarded to branded email, but customer support assured me there is more control of spam in G Suite by setting up conditions for blocking. Presently, all emails will migrate to branded email. Google drive ...

So Easy to Use and So Many Features

What do you like best? G Suite really has so much to offer. It's so great to have a place that you can be collaborative with team members and share files with ease. What do you dislike? There isn't too much I don't like. It's missing some of the things that Microsoft uses on their desktop apps but nothing that is too important for me at least. Recommendations to others considering the product: Definitely give it a try if you're currently using Microsoft Office! A few things ...
