In theory a great replacement when working remotely.

What do you like best? I love the ease of making calls from your laptop. Just click on the app and make your calls. What do you dislike? I dislike when it is not compatible for other companies phones, some difficulties in scheduling meetings via your calendar and not being able to answer calls. At times this app can be problematic Recommendations to others considering the product: Have a back up when you cannot connect to your clients. When Fuze does not accept the pin or ...

Amazing audio and video quality

What do you like best? The audio and video quality of Fuze is great, the images are smooth, no locking, have great stability, the audio is perfect, crystal clear, I've used other communication tools like skype, quip and chatter and what had better audio quality it was the fuze. What do you dislike? Fuze owes a lot of customization, at this point it is very limited, even simple customizations such as background colors, external wallpapers are not possible which can make the look of ...

You need to wait till you PC is on in order to use it ASAP. If you don't have good signal on your mobile you won't be able to make calls and will be uncommunicative. Recommendations to ...

VoiP Software for your Enterprise

What do you like best? Fuze is easy to use and helps me keep track of incoming and outgoing calls over VoiP. I haven't had many issues with the solution and would generally recommend. My organization doesn't have it integrated into our CRM but I don't know if that's possible. What do you dislike? I wish that Fuze would integrate directly into a CRM so that I can track my activity. I have to make calls from another solution if I want them automatically logged. It also goes straight ...
