What do you like best? It allowed me to stay connected globally 24/7. What do you like best? A really good VOIP tool with great features and superb voice and video quality. What do you dislike? Not much to dislike about the application, I like the way it is implemented. Provides a great solution against traditional VOIP devices. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Replaced VOIP desk phones with this digital solution

Good VoIP Solution

What do you like best? Great user interface and easy to use application. What do you dislike? There are some glitches with the application and I have sometimes observed delay in Calls What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Migrated from Physical VoIP devices to software solution.

Good concept terrible program

What do you like best? The chat feature is great and allows for easy and fast communication across the board! What do you dislike? The phone calls cut out and have lots of static. The app crashes all the time. Recommendations to others considering the product: Do a long test first. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The meetings when they actually work are great. We are still solving spotty service and application crashes.

Fuze Globally

What do you like best? It's ease of access and use is nice. I also enjoy that there's a mobile app, making it easy to connect with my colleagues on the go. What do you dislike? Fuze isn't the best with international calls, also- have a lot of difficulties with Wifi connection for long distance calls. What problems are you solving with the product?
