Great product

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? This cloud-based solution is true to its promise. Everything has been easier for us since we replaced our traditional PBX system with this. It offers greater flexibility and is compatible with various devices. What aspects are problematic or could work better? Some of its features are more complicated than that of our previous solution. Our experience with this software would also be better if there would be less restriction on ...

Fuze matches our company’s needs perfectly

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Fuze is a straightforward and dependable solution. We rely on it for internal and external communications. It especially comes handy when contacting employees abroad. What aspects are problematic or could work better? It takes longer than ideal to replace equipments that are no longer working properly. Other than this concern, Fuze has been working well for us. Its connectivity is especially laudable. What specific problems in ...

Good phone service, easy to use

What do you like best? Ease of use: Making, transferring, accepting calls is all very simple on the interface. What do you dislike? As of late, I've been constantly asked to update my Fuze. Even if I do, they want to update 1-2 days later. I think it might be trying to keep up with things related to COVID-19 (the timing makes sense), but it is still inconvenient. Recommendations to others considering the product: Definitely look at your current phone system and compare the ...

Getting better with time, but currently good enough

What do you like best? Fuze has many features that allow you to communicate, like voice calls and instant messaging. Even though my company deactivates this feature, I had the opportunity to test it and it seemed very stable. You can also create meetings using Fuze, but I didn't test that at all and there is a smartphone app that's very convenient and useful. Another thing that is very useful is that even if you don't want the app, but are willing to use your personal phone, you ...

Look NO FURTHER!

What do you like best? Fuze is the most complete and easy to manage UC platform I've ever seen, plus, since it it cloud based, there is no need to manage server hardware! What do you dislike? Since it is cloud based, you don't have access to everything you would like, for example, adding a new phone to your environment requires that you register the mac address with Fuze, then you have a limited amount of time to plug the phone in, in order for it to get its config. ...

Fuze has been great for our organization, it is a very reliable VOIP service!

What do you like best? We use Fuze to get a hold of customers, internal team members, or if a team is in a different country calling from there does not require a whole of work to be done aside from just dialing the number. It is very reliable with very little downtime, plus as a person in IT setting up a user is fairly easy. What do you dislike? I guess what we dislike the most as a team is getting equipment in for example replacing a polycom phone that broke down took quite a ...

Fuze Not for the Faint of Heart

What do you like best? Not much....Many issues with this application from the first day of implementation to the last day I worked at the company. What do you dislike? Constant interruption. Connection to Fuze lost throughout the day and the voice quality was horrible. In/out static etc. Recommendations to others considering the product: Unless things have changed drastically...AVOID AT ALL COSTS! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you ...
