The FUZE team has been responsive

The FUZE team has been responsive, transparent and diligent in resolving issues. I have been successful in reaching the tech assigned to my case to work through issues on the phone

I've had a good experience with Fuze…

I've had a good experience with Fuze thus far. The conference lines work great and I like the ease of the online portal. Tech Support is good for the most part but it is sometimes hard to get someone on the line.

Overall the service works well, except mobile

Overall the service works well on the desktop phones. Mobile app is very buggy. Messages sent to the desktop often do not push to the mobile app. Texts go to wrong people.

Upgrading how we communicate for the future

What do you like best? Fuze provides a multi feature solution for our employees communications. Having the options to use a traditional desk phone, soft phone, or mobile app to make/take work calls provides great flexibility. The Fuze reporting feature provides us insight into productivity and usage we never had before. What do you dislike? Deployment of the solution and multiple admin portals can make administration confusing. Billing also gets confusing and retroactive ...

Interesting mixture of VOIP and Messaging

What do you like best? The software client for Windows appears to handle most everything I use on a daily basis for voice, messaging and conferencing. What do you dislike? I dislike the handset. Whether it was our choice of the selected device or how Fuze integrates with the device I'm unsure; however, it does present some challenges. Also, there is not Fuze software for Linux. Recommendations to others considering the product: Fuze is headed in the right direction, but ...

A cloud platform worth considering

Fuze has allowed us to step out of the telephony infrastructure game and leverage those resources elsewhere. The platform offers basic dialtone service, call flow management and/or online audio and video collaboration wrapped up in 1 simple interface. The service is license/subscription based so you can choose which services you want to consume. An operational expense model where we pay per user per month has replaced the traditional capital expense model of buying a new PBX and expansions ...

Fuze is not there yet

What do you like best? Intuitive control panel, layout. SSO option - so its activated with your system password and it never asks for it again, no need of rememberingchanging password. What do you dislike? Too many error, crashes, issues with searching users, picture upload doesn't work properly either. Recommendations to others considering the product: Patient! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We can easily connect ...
