This is an average app

This is an average app, because it works fine sometimes but sometimes not, there are some situations were you need to close the app and reopen it because the app does not work properly. For example with call meetings (linked to Office365 calendar), sometimes you can open them throught the Fuze app, but there are some occasions were you need to open the meeting throught the web link because the app never open it.For those and some other situations is that I consider this app as an average app.

Fuze continues to be brittle (crashes…

Fuze continues to be brittle (crashes or hangs easily). Fuze appears to consume a lot of CPU, even when it is not in "foreground" use (e.g., for a call or a meeting). There are more feature and UI issues than I can list in this review, but one feature that I miss very much from our previous voice and video service: forward my number to another phone. If I could forward calls then many Fuze issues would be obviated because the call is being handled by other equipment and services.

I am honestly trying hard to adopt Fuze as a communication platform. It is very difficult.I am regularly amazed at the usability issues that are uncovered that were solved years ago by other players in the space (skype, gtm, webex, jabber(?!)).The bandwidth usage is erratic but varies between inefficient and machine crippling. The chat functionality is single threaded and NOT user friendly (e.g., inability to respond contextually). Overall chat is poorly architected, and integration of that ...

Quality and stability of audio calls

What do you like best? Fuze is extremely helpful on international calling and it is stable and the audio quality is great. Its help to connect my users world wide on their cell and landline phones with minimal cost when compared to ISP charges. I do not have to worry much about the duration of the call due to its cost and quality of the call which is helping us to stay more connected with users then emails. What do you dislike? There are more frequents updates, I think they should ...

Nimble, fast and all you need for controlling your computers remotely

What do you like best? Small package, easy to set up. There are many others out there but Fuze ended up as my top favorite. It even offers a free client albeit with less features. What do you dislike? How can I dislike a tool that's this slick? Why shouldn't any system admin or desktop supporter be just happy as a clown about a reliable piece of software? Recommendations to others considering the product: I recommend to include Fuze in your list of products for ...

Reliable Service

What do you like best? Ease of use. Multiple options from Mobile App softphone to desktop app to desk phone. What do you dislike? No good option for conference bridge for ad hoc meetings. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The previous phone system was in house so with no power all the systems went down. With Fuze we can still use the softphone on our mobile phone and keep the business running.
