What do you like best? Great way to keep track of time on client projects. Inexpensive. What do you dislike? Time entry is tedious. Probably more of a personal dislike rather than a short coming of the software. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It's great for us since we have a lot of retainer based clients. It's any easy way to determined whether the monthly retainer is adequate.

What do you like best? We love the new interface - it makes the new product feel so much more current and user-friendly! What do you dislike? It's a bit difficult to go back and correct time entries if you missed one. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? I'm a huge fan of FunctionFox. As a Production/Traffic Manager in a busy little shop it keeps me organized and on top of things.
