What do you like best about Function Point? I like how easy it is to communicate with my team members and keep track of projects. What do you dislike about Function Point? It can be difficult to search for certain jobs, etc. What problems is Function Point solving and how is that benefiting you? We are solving for process and efficiency.

What do you like best about Function Point? I used FP for timekeeping. What I liked about Function Point was that the layout was more intuitive and user friendly than competitors. My company recently switched to another timekeeping software, which unfortunately I feel is more cluttered and came with a learning curve, which allows for much less mistakes than FP offered. What do you like best about Function Point? We like the ability to easily manage time sheets. What do you dislike about Function Point? Our least favorite benefit is the number of steps it takes to create a new job. What problems is Function Point solving and how is that benefiting you? We are better managing our time, budgeting time estimates, and creating invoices.

Function Point has many options so you can organize your business

PROS: Function Point offers many option for customizing our work, as a small company we needed a product that would offer us many functions instead of limiting us to one operation. I like schedule and calendar format, we are even able to upload iCal for everyone. We use tasking from a note so we can submit quick work orders and the note function is very important feature to us. CONS: The truth is that this product offers great set of features but they need to be more easy to use for tasking ...

What do you like best about Function Point? There are multiple ways to analyze work! What do you dislike about Function Point? Wish there were more options to manage columns. What problems is Function Point solving and how is that benefiting you? The entire team is tracking time more accurately as we work toward team efficiency.

What do you like best about Function Point? I like working with the tasks/to do section best. What do you dislike about Function Point? Because of my minimal involvement with Function Point, and that I mostly use it for billing my time for clients, I do not have any dislikes. Maybe notifications for pinned notes could be better. Function Point is really helpful for our company

PROS: Function Point is our must have software in our business. We are more organized and we are able to grow more and more. I can’t even imagine running my business without this solution. CONS: To be honest, this is the product that we really need for running our day-to-day businesses. But, I find really hard to learn how to use this software. Also, I really don’t like its time-tracking feature, it would be great if they could make it simpler and useful.
