What do you like best? Our ability to troubleshoot and hunt down bugs has increased substantially since implementing FullStory. I tried competing products and nothing compared. I'm so happy I finally pulled the trigger. Additionally, I've submitted a couple customer support tickets and the staff has been amazing! What do you dislike? Cost. UX, Bugs, and Time Saved!
What do you like best? FullStory offers a beefy dashboard with a number of amazing tools. For us, the bugs and dev tools have been instrumental in solving problems. Our users have now become our QA testers and some of the bugs we knew about, but could never replicate have a log of what was happening live and in color! The best way to see what's really happening with users
What do you like best? As a developer, I like being able to actually watch sessions of users especially when having trouble debugging What do you dislike? Sometimes css doesn't come through perfectly along with other visual quirks, but despite that it's still an amazing tool What problems are you solving with the product? The only tool that really helps me to understand my users
What do you like best? Video recording is PIXEL PERFECT - almost 100% accurate to how the visitor really see in the website allows me to understand exactly how my users witness the website User interface is really flexible, enables me to filter by every parameter exist - time, date and even more complex like user agent What do you dislike? Amazing tool to see how your customers interact
What do you like best? Simple to search, easy playback modes, can sort by company/individual/etc. What do you dislike? The dashboard gets a little messy and trying to create multiple lists becomes a little cumbersome at times. It also can't pull from mapbox which makes it a little more difficult for us. Great tool - must have if you want to know more about your customers
What do you like best? I like the ability to track what customers are doing on my webpage/app, even in a live mode. Product is easy to use, I had no problems with it. Overall it gives a lot of useful information to use in each business. What do you dislike? Pricing.
