What do you like best about FullStory? It's been indispensable for our customer service and our tech teams and has helped us understand user behavior. No more wondering where the user got stuck when you can just watch their fullstory. It works in real time too.

What do you like best about FullStory? I was impressed to see how easy it is to build a funnel in FullStory compared to Google Analytics or any other tool. There is no need to code anything.

What do you like best about FullStory? FullStory is my go-to for troubleshooting issues. It allows me to see exactly what the customer was doing when they experienced the issue. It shows me if they were having a network issue, or if they received a error from our software.

What do you like best about FullStory? Ability to look up a specific user and watch their session. Ability to filter to search sessions you are specifically looking into. Ability to speed up a session/remove a users pauses. Heatmaps to track clicks

"I've Implemented Full Story at 4 Companies Now, it's Table Stakes"
What do you like best about FullStory? Typical analytics gives you the macro view of where the activity is happening in your experience, Full Story give you the who, what and why it's happening. The only think I need them to build at this point is AI recommended patterns for Journies and funnels, as well as a user opt-in unmoderated usability test experience. I've seen the offering growth over the past 5 years and the value multiply!
