Support necessity

What do you like best? We use it for supporting our customers on a daily basis. We can see what changes were made and where the changes were made. We have customers who use VA's, so Full Story will show us the location of a change made by the customer. We can also see the use of specific pages/features. Get a complete story of what your customer are doing onsite

What do you like best? It helps a lot in determining the specific market segmentation behavior, which helped us decide what our market was missing. A good tool to learn about users behavior and how to adapt to their needs and make their experience much better. What do you dislike? It was pretty complete, not much to dislike. What do you like best? FullStory really allows you to see how users interact with your site and where there is room for improvement. What do you dislike? It can be hard to find a user and/or a user falls under multiple usernames. Sometimes the actions on the right hand side could be more descriptive. You should be able to close that section too. What do you like best? Our ability to troubleshoot and hunt down bugs has increased substantially since implementing FullStory. I tried competing products and nothing compared.
