An amazing tool for visitor behavior insight
What do you like best? FullStory gives more than a glimpse into customer and prospect behavior. It can be used to identify site issues, identify user errors, and observe patterns of browsing among products. It's like a DVR of user visits, a window into what they saw and did. FullStory has changed our Product for the better
What do you like best? FullStory helps us catch bugs and inefficiencies we did not know exist which we can then use to create support tickets for our Dev team. We have caught many bugs just from watching sessions of users. It's easy enough for anyone at our company to login and take a look at sessions - so even people with no Dev experience can provide real time support for customers when they report issues. Easy to use, but few improvements
What do you like best? Fullstory is very easy to use. The filtering is great. Very smooth installation with Segment also. What do you dislike? Getting slower and slower. Few new features and improvements. Recommendations to others considering the product: There are cheaper alternatives depending on your need and number of users. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Identifying bugs and ux research.

Amazing onboarding and support experience
What do you like best? We have been using the free version for a while and it's been of great value. We're now undergoing a trial of certain Enterprise features to try and increased the value to the business. We had to engage with technical support about a particular issue and the experience was just amazing compared to other big and market leader vendors. Full Story makes it so easy to see how users use our app
What do you like best? The Rage Click and the Session Replay features are perfect. You can see exactly where users are getting stuck and fix it immediately. Know who is getting stuck is also great as you can reach out to them and help them. What do you dislike? I haven't yet come across anything I dislike. Wouldn't recommend for startups. Too expensive. Non - Transparent pricing
What do you like best? To give a background. We are a startup and had been using Fullstory for almost 2 years. The product is good with features such as: - Checking live sessions of users (which you can check in Hotjar too) - filters based on what actions users has done. - Good UX for team members The onboarding is also seamless, since you need to integrate a tiny bit of code. So far so good, but I see room for improvement
What do you like best? We can record our users actions while protecting their personal information. I am able to really study the experience of our users. What do you dislike? Excellent way to ethically creep on visitors to your website or online store
What do you like best? Organized interface, useful insights!!!! What do you dislike? every once in a while playback is slow!!
