Easy to use, but few improvements

What do you like best? Fullstory is very easy to use. The filtering is great. Very smooth installation with Segment also. What do you dislike? Getting slower and slower. Few new features and improvements. Recommendations to others considering the product: There are cheaper alternatives depending on your need and number of users. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Identifying bugs and ux research.

Little too expensive for what it has to offer

What do you like best? Ability to see how website visitors are browsing the website, understanding the browsing patterns, where visitors are spending more time and where visitors are spending less time. What do you dislike? Little too expensive for its features. Features are pretty much limited to recording user sessions and ability to see rage clicks, error clicks etc. Other dashboards such as users by browsers, average session duration can be found through Google Analytics as well ...

Too buggy

What do you like best? I liked the playback functionalities rendering which is more accurate than hotjars. Dropdown do not render well though. What do you dislike? Lot of minor bugs and the product seem to promise more than it delivers. The dashboards say one thing first then something else later. The UI leaves lots to wish for, hotjar is way more intuitive. Quite a lot of reload bugs. I used it now for 4-5 hours and report on bug an hour. Not what I usually have to do... ...

Wouldn't recommend for startups. Too expensive. Non - Transparent pricing

What do you like best? To give a background. We are a startup and had been using Fullstory for almost 2 years. The product is good with features such as: - Checking live sessions of users (which you can check in Hotjar too) - filters based on what actions users has done. - Good UX for team members The onboarding is also seamless, since you need to integrate a tiny bit of code. "Analytics with context!"

What do you like best about Fullstory? I love having a a full analytics platform to keep track of what my customers are doing. I really like how you can watch sessions right in context of your metrics.

"FullStory is my favorite tool in our box!!"

What do you like best about Fullstory? FullStory makes it easy to view user sessions to know how to best support our users with questions or difficulties. We have been able to create clearer training for our users and as a product team, build new features that our clients have requested. I use FullStory every day and it's part of my routine to open it and have it ready. It doesn't take much to onboard a new colleague to the product and everyone is very impressed when they use it. ...

What do you like best about FullStory? FullStory's ability to quickly setup and iterate useful Dashboards to track user actions. Dashboards have been invaluable in sharing data quickly across teams and comparing data sets over various time periods.
