Helped give us more visibility
What do you like best? Fullstory gave us more visibility on user actions. It allowed us to better understand how we can improve our processes for users. Being able to see what is happening from the perspective of the user has been helpful in troubleshooting for user support. What do you dislike? Get to know your users.
What do you like best? This tool has enabled our team to do a few things that helped up make our product better. 1. When bugs would happen in production it was easy to find users that ran into those problems and see exactly how to replicate. 2. When ideating and planning it's nice to follow users through their use of the site and see the pain points they experience. What do you like best? We have Fullstory integrated with our app so it's easy to track down recordings for specific users, which is my biggest use case. What do you dislike? When browsing through recordings by the url the user was on at the time, Fullstory can be difficult to use. It can take a lot of clicks to cycle through the recordings. I wish there were more filters based on location or other user data to make this simpler. What problems are you solving with the product? ...

straightforward visuals of user behavior
What do you like best? My favorite feature is the speed up/down settings. These really help us "get to the point" of what we're looking for and generally save time. Same with the even markers on the users timeline. We can see when clicks & input actually happen. What do you dislike? I dislike the way user sessions are organized. Its no great visually. What do you like best? Fullstory is a great tool for seeing how users actually interact with your site. It allows you to see the flow of how they consumed your site, where the pain points are, and how they got from point A to point B. What do you dislike? Useful tool. Kind of expensive.
What do you like best? Excellent for debugging purposes, where something has gone wrong and you need to figure out how that happened. What do you dislike? Can be hard to figure out what's going on if a user is switching tabs around or jumping between windows. It has some redundancies with other analytics tools we use, where the high price makes it hard to use for a lot of tasks where the others tools do the analytics better. Don't be a Fool! know the whole story
What do you like best? I can literally know what happened, or is happenING in real time. It allows me to truly know what went wrong in a Customer's shopping session and not have to rely on their perception of a problem. What do you dislike? FullStory - Amazing tracking of your own customers.
What do you like best? Accurate tracking of customer's actions. This makes me easier to locate the error which my customers may be facing. What do you dislike? I really do not dislike anything in FullStory. Its like, so far, so good.
