Adding new ways to understand the customer experience
What do you like best? Fullstory makes it very easy to analyze how users are using various aspects of the product. You can query for visits to a certain oage, user attributes, etc. It was very easy to set up What do you dislike? There's not much I dislike about using it. What do you like best? Not everyone has a perfect memory. It's one thing to shadow a user as you look over their shoulder but your observation alone affects how they perform the task. The best insight a Product Manager can get is by replaying exactly what their users do when they use your product and FullStory allows me to do just that. What do you dislike? Fullstory is an analytical tools with more data with more users
What do you like best? 1.) Fullstory provides more filters to search data in a very accurate manner 2.) It can support multiple users 3.) User able to create more segments 4.) Pretty good insights, very useful tool. Does have some limitations.
What do you like best? Having the ability to watch a user's session and figure out where they may be getting tripped up or having success, is invaluable. Their segmentation of users is decent, but it could use a bit more work -- I would recommend coupling FullStory with a product analytics tool. What do you dislike? Easy way to see where customers are getting tripped up on your site!
What do you like best? Rage click reports...they tend to expose quite a few problematic scenarios. What do you dislike? The UI is quite busy...I'm not what I would consider to be a 'power user' of the tool yet so at times it can seem a bit overwhelming. Great tool for finding problems in your web app
What do you like best? Full Story is a great in mix of quantitative data and more qualitative data like user testing. Where other analytics software will show you what happened, Full Story shines by letting you see how it happened. Watching user sessions helps us find out where people are getting stuck and how often, which helps us be more direct in our user research sessions. Like looking right over a user's shoulder
What do you like best? I love that it tracks a user's activity across multiple pages, detects inactivity periods, and means a lot less time asking users what they've done when they got into a jam. What do you dislike? The images you see are sometimes misaligned just enough to be inaccurate. straightforward visuals of user behavior
What do you like best? My favorite feature is the speed up/down settings. These really help us "get to the point" of what we're looking for and generally save time. Same with the even markers on the users timeline. We can see when clicks & input actually happen. What do you dislike? I dislike the way user sessions are organized. Its no great visually.
