Great tool - must have if you want to know more about your customers
What do you like best? I like the ability to track what customers are doing on my webpage/app, even in a live mode. Product is easy to use, I had no problems with it. Overall it gives a lot of useful information to use in each business. What do you dislike? Pricing. Easy to use and very effective software for understanding your Customers
What do you like best? Intuitive. Simple. Powerful. Overall, I really enjoy using FullStory -- it provides great insight into our Customers to better understand their pain points or how they're using our software. What do you dislike? There is almost too much data sometimes -- a good problem to have, but sometimes overkill. Essential tool for anyone building a web based software product.
What do you like best? It records everything making it easy for us to get down to a UX problem, support issue or sales opportunity. What do you dislike? The UI is a little over whelming - lots of detail that probably could be simplified. Playback isn't always smooth and the timeline on the playback isn't always clear What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? User testing and evaluating support issues for customers.

Comprehensive, transparent view of client activity in one tool
What do you like best? Great Insight Into Customer Behavior
What do you like best? It gives me a great understanding of my customers behavior to make sure I’m reaching out with the right assistance to help them be successful What do you dislike?
