What do you like best about FullStory? track all user navigations, possibility to see network requests. We also use funnel functionality to understand how user adopts new features. We tack user behavior to find out how any bug in application was experienced by the user.

What do you like best about FullStory? This external service is easy to implement with a pixel widget. It gave us clear insight into the web user's behaviors and also assisted with technical issues and website bugs.

"My Experience with Two Companies"

What do you like best about FullStory? I have used FullStory at two different companies. I would absolutely recommend this product. As a Quality Assurance Engineer, I often need to see what the end-user has done to be able to reproduce the problem. Every time, I am able to see what has happened and this makes my job so much easier by taking the guesswork out of the equation. So much time is saved.

"Pricless customer insight"

What do you like best about FullStory? FullStory allows us to see precisely what our customers are struggling with. We have so much more empathy and understanding of bugs or website issues! Our customers are spread around the globe and communicating with them about bugs when we don't offer 24/7 support was difficult, so it's awesome to have a tool that shows us what's going on.
