What do you like best about Full Circle Insights? The sophistication of the product is second to none. Really helps us understand and dissect revenue attribution by inbound / outbound campaigns. What do you dislike about Full Circle Insights? Administration of FCI is a steep learning curve, however, their support and success teams are fantastic so we have never had an issue. What do you like best about Full Circle Insights? Full Circle makes it easy to tie revenue directly back to a specific campaign touch or to a number of campaign touches, your choice. "Thought Leadership and Great Support"

What do you like best about Full Circle Insights? If I have an issue, I can easily submit a case and the response is very quick. They also include references to support docs making a resolution very quick. If things get tougher, sometimes we have a call and the right people are on the call. What do you like best about Full Circle Insights? Full Circle works pretty well, it helps us track responses and marketing funnels. What do you dislike about Full Circle Insights? When there's issue, it's really hard for us to troubleshoot ourselves and we have to rely on FC support/dev to identify the root cause. What problems is Full Circle Insights solving and how is that benefiting you? Tracks our marketing funnel and manage and identify campaign responses.
