"Good Insights, But Hard to Navigate"
What do you like best about Full Circle Insights? The reporting insights you can gain from FC are great, but it takes a while to get there. The out of the box reports that FC provides are very detailed, but they do involve quite a bit of customization to your specific SF instance. What do you dislike about Full Circle Insights? What do you like best about Full Circle Insights? We were easily able to combine reporting of leads and contacts into one dashboard. I also liked the ability to report on campaign attribution. "Why build your own model?"
What do you like best about Full Circle Insights? While I could spend weeks to months building multiple influence models, this product is fairly easy to roll out. The bigger challenge is getting the rest of the organization comfortable with the data and thinking about campaign attribution as a value statement for earlier funnel campaign activities rather than Marketing's slice of the opportunity pie.
