We recently moved from User Voice to Frill after evaluating 16 other options. It came down to having the right mix of features we needed; embeddable widget, roadmap and ideas forum. Frill reminds me of Notion.

Frill is a really simple feedback, roadmap and announcements tool. It's quite easy to use and navigate since the UI/UX is beautiful, straightforward and not convoluted like others I've seen. Frill kind of reminds me of Notion which is a big compliment to their developers. I can recommend the platform and team 100%.

I have to say that I love this product

I have to say that I love this product. It's not just a feedback tool, it's also a roadmap& announcement tool. I feel more connected to my customers than ever before and they seem more satisfied too! The customer service team is responsive and helps me with anything I need.

Super Slick Feedback App

Friends referred to me it is a must have for company roadmap/announcement. Even though I'm only using for my own agency, I'm sure it will come in handy. It is also a better product and deal compare to the competitor productstash.
