A great platform to have for prospecting as well as closing deals.

PROS: There are a ton of reasons to love this platform. It can actually help in prospecting and closing deals. It comes with a fantastic UI. It's a lot better than other CRMs in today's market. It comes with a great points system to have good leads qualification. It also has an integrated phone number that can be activated for logging and recording calls straight to the CRM platform. It has wonderful feature and simple set up process

PROS: Thanks to 2-way email tracking and bulk email functions we can save lot of times and we are able to connect and interact with customers in real time. We are now more focused on our core business. The set up is easy and straightforward and if you run into some issues or misunderstanding you can always rely on product’ support service. You can make this excellent tool your own.

PROS: I like everything it has to offer. I like how you can customize things. The support team has been nothing short of fantastic. Pleasant user interface experience. Functionality is excellent. This is a system that takes a bit of time to develop. I gets better with time. The implementation was helpful for our development. This is wonderful lead solution

PROS: I like that we can manage leads easily and put all data on each client. This is great solution for team work because I can assign tasks to my co-workers. I get email notifications whenever client checks on an email. CONS: I don’t like that ranking points of a lead stop rise when changing some information that wasn’t accurate or when I need to add new camps and info. Valuable solution with affordable price

PROS: I really like Freshsales and everything about this solution. I can easily set up account by using its features. The UI is seamless and intuitive onel. It offers great set of features that provide us with neccessary insights that are helpful for closing deals. I personally like the in-app email notifications, website visitor analytics and segmentation and automatic profile enrichment. CONS: They could make follow-up emails automated based on prospect’s behavior.

Affordable, simple and perfect CRM solution

PROS: I have tried lot of similar CRM products but Freshsales is something different. It integrates perfectly with other products and it has built-in phone, it has bulk email functionality, gmail integration, provides notifications. You can have lot of options, capabilities and functionalities by paying for one product like Freshsales. PROS: It appears to have rapidly improved. You'll realize that it offers a combination of just about every Sales CRM there is. Anything that appears relevant to a contact can be see in the comprehensive page. Interactions with other people that can't be spotted in your contact list can automatically receive additional leads. One of the best CRM solutions

PROS: I have great experience with Freshsales, I tried Salesforce, Sugar and Nimble and as far as I can tell Freshsales offers huge amount of features that are great for running our services. Freshsales does the job

PROS: I was searching for a solution that could help me to manage the CRM. Freshsales offers great tools that are great and valuable for following our leads, converting them and keeping in touch with the existing ones.
