What do you like best about Freshsales? Freshsales is a userfriendly CRM that is constantly looking for ways to improve. I like that they not only take feedback, but actually implement it. "Flawless CRM"

What do you like best about Freshsales? I like the User interface. Its simple & smart. Overall the interface is very clean & easy to understand. When you use a cluterless CRM you focus on what you are looking for instead of extra distractions. What do you like best about Freshsales? I think the support feature - to be able to talk to a customer support human at any time - day or night - is a real plus for me. I love this feature.I also like the stats that show up on how many opens I got from a campaign I sent, how many clicked on specific links and which persons exited from the campaign - useful statistics like these have helped with me sales data analysis. You can manage all your work from single platform

PROS: What I like most about this tool is the fact that I can easily manage leads from one place. I cans end emails, track pipelines, winnig deals and managiong calendar in real time from dashboard. I personally like the email tracking feature because It provides me with full information about those who viewed the email. CONS: I haven’t run into some issues or something that I might dislike about this tool.
