What do you like best about Freshsales? The product continues to "usefully" evolve! And, I get to "usefully" evolve with the software! What do you dislike about Freshsales? There's a few small features that I'd like to see addressed that don't get addressed What problems is Freshsales solving and how is that benefiting you? I am a start-up and keeping track of my evolving client base!

"It's easy and fast to use, also it works very smoothly and does not lag"

What do you like best about Freshsales? FS is very handy to use and everything about the lead displays on the screen at once. What do you dislike about Freshsales? Sometime they totally change the system, in starting it creates a bit uneasiness to use What problems is Freshsales solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Freshsales? Easy to use and integrate with your own application. Great UI and highly customizable. What do you dislike about Freshsales? UI is not consistent for all app modules. and not all functionalities have API endpoints for managing/mass update. What problems is Freshsales solving and how is that benefiting you? Put all information and interactions with customers in a single place, in addition to relationships between customers.

What do you like best about Freshsales? As a non-technical person, the general setup to link it with our company emails and calendar on Microsoft 365 has been relatively easy. Once set up, users can mostly start using it. What do you dislike about Freshsales? So far, getting support as a paying user has been good. Prior to being a paid user (trial period) however, getting help via support tickets has been near impossible. If it was better prior to being a paid user, it could have helped us ...

What do you like best about Freshsales? Freshsales is a perfect CRM tool for small to mid-sized organizations for both daily sales-related activities to monthly and quarterly planning. "UI Made Better and More User Friendly."

What do you like best about Freshsales? I like that is had always been easy to navigate and now it is more user-friendly. What do you dislike about Freshsales? Activities Dashboard does not have option to choose number of items to show. What problems is Freshsales solving and how is that benefiting you? I get to do many tasks all in Freshsales -- send emails, save/access contacts, create and manage tasks/meetings/sequences and track these, among many others.
