Freshservice has brought oer IT service to a new level
What do you like best? Freshservice allowed us to bring a fully functional, easy to use multi-channel ITIL based service desk to our users in just a few days. Instead of the months long implementation I've been through before, we were able to deploy Freshservice quickly an effectively, and our users love it. Freshservice is a one stop shop for all of our support.
What do you like best? The tool integrates just about everything you can imagine to handle support, IT, Helpdesk, Hardware, etc. There is a ton of customization within the tool, and for things that aren't in there, they have worked with us to get created. Ease of use and great customer service make Freshservice an easy win.
What do you like best? Their technical support staff are very responsive and typically respond within a day and typically provide a solution within a few days. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Easy to setup configure and use, SLA's can be setup up very easily and the inbuilt Change Mgmt is perfect What do you dislike? There is not much to dislike.
