What do you like best about Freshsales? Freshsales allows me to find what I'm looking for quick and easy. I can get contact info, recorded calls, emails and texts. I love knowing how my day will go before it even starts. Freshsales gives me tasks reminders, pop up notifications, and more for me to track my day and week! What do you dislike about Freshsales? "Super easy to use!"
What do you like best about Freshsales? Freshsales has been very easy to use! It allows us to upload lists of clients to follow up with and makes our workflow so much easier. It has been a huge value add! What do you dislike about Freshsales? It has taken a few weeks for me to understand how to use Freshsales. "A lesser known Jewel that many must know"
What do you like best about Freshsales? The best thing is its ability to synch the data from other CRMs. I mostly used it for Sales management purposes. It served the purpose. What do you dislike about Freshsales? Its user interface and experience. Yes, I do think it could look better than it looks right now What problems is Freshsales solving and how is that benefiting you? Sales sequence, Forms, customised layout and workflows.
