What do you like best about Freshsales? It is user friendly and you can organize wey well your customers What do you dislike about Freshsales? I have not seen anything that I dislike. "Easy to use!"
What do you like best about Freshsales? It is simple to navigate and manage all of my people :) I like that I can easily filter through lists when targeting different things and pull up a list based off my needs rather than clicking on each file. What do you dislike about Freshsales? It would be nice if it were easier to view phone numbers by just a click on the file name rather than having to click into each file individually, click the contact, and then receive the phone number. What do you like best about Freshsales? What I like the most is that it is very organized and easy to input updates on clients' accounts. What do you dislike about Freshsales? nothing in particular. it works very well. What problems is Freshsales solving and how is that benefiting you? The problem that Freshsales helped me to solve is tracking the recent conversations with the clients and lead calling in to help them get back on track and process their requests.

What do you like best about Freshsales? Easy to navigate and enter information once you got training. What do you dislike about Freshsales? The report generating takes some time to get used to and remember the steps. What problems is Freshsales solving and how is that benefiting you? Putting customer information on system so its easier to pull information
