PROS: The platform can do multiple business functions such as marketing, customer service, and sales. Each of the functions is unique and results-driven, which is one reason I patronize the product so much. CONS: Freshmarketer needs to be more stable so that it can cater to more significant sites and companies. Feature-wise, some things are still lacking and need to be developed for the product to be more competitive and favorable. But other than that, then I would say that things are great ...

PROS: We decided to push further with the product subscription because of its merging capability with almost all business apps in the market. It shows that it has a high compatibility rate, which for us, is a big bonus. Merging it with Google Analytics has been one of the best decisions that we ever made. Doing this makes it easier for us to monitor our sales trends and customer behavior. The reports that it produces are easily customized to each team member to figure out what’s going on.
