PROS: It’s not that expensive based, in my opinion, plus the integration process is so much easier than other software. It gives you visibility of your site traffic and gives you an idea of how your shoppers behave and what causes them to leave. CONS: Some people had a hard time using the product. It’s hard to teach them because some features are too complex.

PROS: Ideal to use regardless if you have a small or big business. The results that it yields can get your company into places that you’ve never imagined. It allows users and admins to automate certain things like poll surveys, lead generation, check-outs, and email marketing.
