What do you like best about FreshLime? The chat service is great. Freshlime also makes it easy to collect reviews. They help us keep in touch with customers that haven't done business with our company for awhile and they make texting a breeze!

Having started a new business in a new area in Los Angeles we had a LOT on our plates and I was overwhelmed with the process of communicating with both the customers we inherited when we bought the company and the new people we wanted as customers.
