"The best and fastest way to communicate with customers"

What do you like best about Freshchat? I really appreciate the canned response feature of freshchat. It helps to communicate with customers faster and much effective. It keeps a history of chats thus able to check later on.

"A simple and User-friendly Support Tool !"

What do you like best about Freshchat? Freshchat has been helpful for us to channel our queries to our sales and support respectively according to the query. Freshchat has has made ticket creation and resolution very easy for us . As a sales person it has really helped me contact the customer immediately whenever there is a sales query.

"Good one"

What do you like best about Freshchat? Very easy to use, all tools in one desk. Canned responses makes very easy to chat with customers. All needed tools will be there at one place. Overall very good.
